Rates
RATES
Our professional services are contracted for on an hourly or project basis with rates varying from $20/hour for basic services to $75/hour for complex or specialized projects. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a free quote.
Clients who contract for services on a monthly retainer basis will receive a discounted rate.
Separate charges will apply for postage on bulk mailings and overnight delivery requests. Special supplies needed for projects, will be billed at cost.
Hourly Rates
One-time projects and tasks are billed hourly. Our hourly rates vary according to the service being rendered. Services that are not billed at an hourly rate are only available under the project rate. We do require a minimum charge of one hour. All other time will be billed in 15 minute increments
Project Rates
Our project rate is intended specifically for the customization of the requested work. There are certain services that we will only offer under our project rate. This type of rate will be quoted upon request and customized to meet the individuals need. Details of the project will be needed to provide an accurate quote.
New clients are asked to provide a 50% deposit at beginning of the project. The final balance will be due upon completion.
Retainer Rates
We are delighted to offer a retainer rate for clients who require a set amount of hours a month. This option allows our clients to receive services at a discounted rate based on the number of hours they purchase.
